I am also interested to know whether the instrument measuring the frequencies is related to or in the vicinity of science as the machines that are creating it.

or is the instrument picking up and reading random vibrations from earth and the universe and anywhere?

AND SO WHERE IS THE CONNECTION OF THIS WITH HAARP?
The data could be solely from the magnetometer but you are missing the evidence that the Earthquake is from HAARP. But what we humans don’t really know, that whatever this dark agenda are at play, they DO help mother Earth with the cleansing she need to get rid of some negativity that has been buried in her skin and soul. ALL IS WELL. This cleansing, whether natural or man made is just part of the cleansing to make way for TERRA NOVA.
